Do you realize how much our hearts want?
I smile deep into the night as the songs of the day fade. And I smile in the late afternoons when you are on my mind. I float; I live; I seek; I strive; I find...and, if just for a moment, I am utterly content.
And I shall water my plants and weep my tears and reap my joy, and sow the seeds into the fleshy soil of our elated hearts, and I shall smile---knowing that my heart has lived a while, and shall live again someday...
And I shall watch as the jasmine blossom withers and dies, and I shall understand that such is far from destructive: yes, this is Beautiful, that all of life rests in death, all birth, sorrow, and joy essential components of the never-ending cycle. We are one and the same, this blossom and I.
We are Truth, closing our eyes peacefully above the clashing and artillery of our mistaken identities of separate worlds.
